Refunds, Returns and Cancellations Policy

Firstly we would like to thank you for ordering with Art Scribe. But if you’ve found something not quite right with our product, then we’re sorry that your creative flow has been compromised – we appreciate how frustrating that can be.   • Missing and damaged goods. ​We pack our paints with care, but if anything is missing or has been​ ​damaged in transit then let us know as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days of receiving the product and we will happily send you out a replacement of the same/similar item. If the package has been clearly and badly damaged by the courier, then we advise you not to accept it. If this is the case, please advise us immediately so we can send out a replacement. Email or telephone, giving us your name, address, order number and brief description of the damaged or missing items.
  • Returning a product:​ To get a refund for an unwanted product, in accordance with the Art Scribe refunds policy ​(see below), ​please email: ​hello@artscribe.uk​ giving us your name, address and order reference. Then return the products, at your own cost, ​within 28 days after you received it​. Return the purchase in its original packaging and condition to:

  • Art Scribe refunds policy. ​Once we have received the returned products within the 28 day returns policy ​(see above)​, we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after checking it over. Art Scribe will refund you the price you paid, excluding the cost of delivery, as soon as possible, and within 14 days of us receiving the returned products. Art Scribe have the right to deduct from your refund amount any reduction in value of the products caused by your handling of the products beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and function of the products. We will refund the purchase price using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
